Singapore Real Estate Property provides its services and resource to you as long as you follow the Terms of Use. Our Terms of use may be updated every now and again. You will not receive any type of notification when our Terms of Use are updated. You agree to follow the Terms of Use whenever you register for an account with us.

2.     DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Singapore Real Estate Property offers users a variety of services and resources. You are responsible for your accounts and your password. You are responsible for any fee that may occur failure to pay fee on time will result in termination of use.

3.     REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS

When you register for an account with Singapore Real Estate Property you agree to follow all of Singapore Real Estate Property’s Terms of Use. You agree that you are submitting accurate and current information. If you information changes you agree to update it. For example, if you move you agree that you will update your old address to your new address. If you provide false identification information Singapore Real Estate Property has the right to terminate your use. You may change your profile information at anytime.

4.     ACCOUNT AND PASSWORD

During the registration process you will set your own username and password. You are fully responsible for remembering your username and password at all times. You should never expose your username and password to anyone. Our owners and employees will never ask for your password. So don’t get it to anyone what so ever. If you password is lost or stolen you should contact customer support immediately. Singapore Real Estate Property is not responsible or liable for any damages or losses that occur when you fail to comply with Terms of Use Section 4.

5.     MEMBER CONDUCT

Any text, images or videos transmitted by you is solely your responsibility. Any content transmitted by you is your sole responsibility. If we feel any of your content is inappropriate or unsuitable it will be immediately removed and you will be punished depending on the content itself. The worse we feel the content is the harsher your punishment will be. Content considered unacceptable includes but is not limited to hateful, racial, ethnical, harassing, unlawful, abusive or other objectionable. Impersonating someone, harassing someone or cyber stalking someone will get you terminated immediately. As a member of Singapore Real Estate Property it is your responsibility to follow Section 5 of the Terms of Use.

6.     CONTENT

Any image or video uploaded by you is your responsibility. Uploading inappropriate images or videos will result in immediate removal of the inappropriate content and possible termination of your account. Pictures or videos that display properties other than the properties you are selling will result in immediate termination.

7.     TERMINATION

When you register to use Singapore Real Estate Property you agree that Singapore Real Estate Property has the right to terminate your use for any reason we deem suitable and at anytime we feel it is appropriate. Failure to obey our Terms of Use will results in termination and it is your sole responsibility to obey our Terms of Use. You agree that Singapore Real Estate Property has the right to remove any listing or content uploaded by you if Singapore Real Estate Property feels it is necessary to do so.
